FAQs

What is a CPC Core group? Each CPC is advised to select a core group of dedicated individuals to provide guidance to the CPC as a whole. Core groups generally consist of 5 to 7 individuals who are citizens and/or landowners in the school district area. Core members are selected by consensus among the entire CPC (all participants) and confirmed by the Board of County Commissioners. Regardless of who serves on the Core, all interested citizens are welcome to participate in their CPC as a Satellite member. The roles and responsibilities of the Core and Satellite members are outlines in the Ground Rules for the Ravalli County Community Planning Committees.Core group membership is listed under each school district's page (see above).

How do I sign up for email updates? To sign up for a Community Planning Committee, please send us an email with your name, school district, phone number, and preferred email address. We will contact you when meetings are held in your school district area. Email us!
