The Board of Adjustment is the governing body charged with hearing and deciding on variance requests and appeals with respect to the interim zoning regulation limiting subdivisions to a density of one dwelling unit per two acres. Regular Meetings: The Board of Adjustment will meet at 7:00 p.m. on the last Monday of every month, unless advertised otherwise.
Membership: The Board of Adjustment consists of five (5) members appointed at-large by the Board of County Commissioners. Term limits were not assigned. The current members are as follows:
