These Ordinances are adopted pursuant to the authority granted to the County under MCA §§ 7-23-2108 and 7-23-2109 applies to the unincorporated areas of Ravalli County. Any violation of these Ordinances is a misdemeanor as defined in MCA § 45-2-101 (41).
The Ravalli County Board of Commissioners has the ability to amend these Ordinances as needed per Montana State Law.
