Recording fees (effective 4/28/07)
- Standard document fee $7.00 per page
- Nonstandard document fee $11.00 per page for the first 5 pages $7.00 per page for each additional page thereafter
- UCC filing is $7.00
- Construction lien filing is $5.00
- Filing fees for subdivision plats are $5.00 plus $0.50 for each lot in subdivision up to and including 100
- Copies of documents are $0.50 for first page and $0.25 per page thereafter
- Certified copies of recorded documents are $2.00 certification fee plus copy fees
- Certified birth records are $5.00 (available to immediate family only)
- Informational copies of birth certificates are $0.50
- Certified death records are $3.00 (available to immediate family only)
- Informational copies of death certificates are $0.50
Ravalli County Online Services Fees:

Individuals, Title Companies with less than 5 employees, Entities with no more than 2 users
$120 per year
- Remote Access Year begins July 1
- New users would be charged full price ($120) July 1 through December 31. Jan 1 through June 30 would be charged $75
- New user fee OR to add a user (one time only) $25
- Inactive users for 12 months will have to pay new user fee(s) again
- Access would be 7 days a week – see web site for scheduled maintenance down times
Title Companies, Entities with more than 2 users
$400 per year
- Remote Access Year begins July 1
- New users would be charged full price ($400) July 1 through December 31. Jan 1 through June 30 would be charged $250
- New user fee OR to add a user (one time only) $25
- Inactive users for 12 months will have to pay new user fee(s) again
- Access would be 7 days a week – see web site for scheduled maintenance down times
