This service would allow the user to view Ravalli County property tax information and recorded document information. To access our online service, an individual or company will be required to sign an Access Authorization Memo with the County and pay the annual fee.
By signing up for the service the user consents to the following terms and conditions:
- Account Inactivity: Users who are not active on the terminal server for over fifteen minutes will be disconnected automatically.
- User Responsibility: Users are responsible for keeping passwords and login names confidential. Any accidental breach in security must be reported to Ravalli County immediately (375-6700) or the end user may suffer a loss of connectivity. Users are responsible for changing their login password every 90 days or sooner. (The procedures to change the password and some examples will be included in your set up instructions.)
- Services: The County agrees to keep online services working during normal working hours 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Online services will be available after hours, on weekends & holidays, but should problems occur during these times with the service they will not be worked on until normal working hours. I. T. also reserves the right to disconnect any and all accounts for maintenance purposes should the need arise. The County assumes no liability for data that is corrupted and/or misused by the end user.
- Fees: The County will assess an annual fee for maintenance, upgrades, services, licensing, and other facilities needed to provide connectivity to the terminal server.

Individuals, Title Companies with less than 5 employees, Entities with no more than 2 users
$120 per year
- Remote Access Year begins July 1
- New users would be charged full price ($120) July 1 through December 31. Jan 1 through June 30 would be charged $75
- New user fee OR to add a user (one time only) $25
- Inactive users for 12 months will have to pay new user fee(s) again
- Access would be 7 days a week – see web site for scheduled maintenance down times
Title Companies, Entities with more than 2 users
$400 per year
- Remote Access Year begins July 1
- New users would be charged full price ($400) July 1 through December 31. Jan 1 through June 30 would be charged $250
- New user fee OR to add a user (one time only) $25
- Inactive users for 12 months will have to pay new user fee(s) again
- Access would be 7 days a week – see web site for scheduled maintenance down times

- Maintenance Times: Monday nights 5PM to 8AM Tuesday Morning. On Monday nights the maintenance usually takes around 2 hours and the service should be back running once finished. Every morning at 5AM MST to 5:30AM MST the service will be stopped for Backups and additional maintenance. I. T. also reserves the right to disconnect any and all accounts for maintenance purposes should the need arise at any time.
