Child Support Payments

If you are ordered to make child support, maintenance or property settlement payments through the Clerk of Court you may either bring your payment in person to our office in the Courthouse or you may mail your payment to our address at 205 Bedford Suite D Hamilton, MT 59840. All payments must be cash, money order or cashier's check we cannot accept personal checks or receive payments over the phone. If you chose to mail your payment in and wish to receive your receipt for the payment you must include with your payment a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Court Fines & Fees
